(avoiding spoilers) That entire sequence I was just like THIS LOOKS CLEARLY UNSAFE AND YOU SHOULD ALL BE PLACES OTHER THAN YOU CURRENTLY ARE. Regardless, I hadn't watched The Expanse up until 3 weeks ago and I cleared all 4 seasons less than a week. Kind of disappointed, because I came in at the beginning of Season 4 and they set up a bunch of decent plot stuff for Season 5 that I'm pretty stoked about. The characters in Season 4 were very sharply written in my opinion.

I was listening to Jim Swift's "Porch Radio" online on Sun Radio this morning, and he did a segment explaining the origin of "Jody". Southern blues used to talk about "Joe the Grinder" who would move-in on a woman while her man was away. "Joe the" became "Joe de" and "Jody". The meaning of Grinder is less certain; could be a guy that worked on a traveling threshing crew, or grinding in the more direct sense. Immediately after the fight, one of Conor's teammates (one Dilon Danis) continued to talk poo poo and Khabib jumped out of the cage, kicked Danis in the face, and would have beat the poo poo out of him, too, if there wasn't a ton of a people pulling them apart. The moral of the story is don't let your mouth write checks your rear end can't cash. Conor McGregor found out what happens when keeping it real goes wrong.

I've got about two more years before I can even bother applying for a mortgage again. Wooo foreclosure. That's okay, I'll be high as gently caress in an hour. Ate half a gram of reclaimed hash with dinner. 300mg didn't effect the taste with dinner the other night, but it's all I could taste tonight. Gonna sleep like a brick again. E: Bosch there's veteran specific orgs that will work on getting you a loan. There's one here in Colorado that runs ads on tv for it.

I watch tv over my xbox like a dumbass on Sling over dsl. Can't run adblock on an xbox. Also the morning news here on channel 11 KKTV is pretty decent. I use antenna for that. In my case, I'm a structural engineer that spent five years trying to keep 30 year old missile systems working. About the only things I'm not already handy with are drywall and roofs. I just have never stayed in the same place for long enough to consider it or have been broke. I just got my PE license, and am looking at the first, stable, three-year period ahead of me for the first time ever. My brain is telling me its time.

I'm now moving forward on saving for a house because I want a dog, and I don't want anybody to tell me that my dog is too loud, too big, the wrong breed, or that he can't lay out in yard when it wants to. It's gonna be my motherfucking yard and the dog can lay out in it whenever they want.
