We’re critiquing a show/season that we haven’t entirely seen yet. The arc of Stormfront’s story isn’t known yet or how Vought is complicit so the critique is incomplete. Yes , she is a literal Nazi presented (in universe) by a huge corporation for mainstream (in universe) consumption. Said super nazi kills a bunch people of color in a tenement but it’s racial slur that’s a bridge too far? I couldn’t find a website with the “The Boys” Nike shoes. Are those real? If so, hope Nike vetted the entire season. It’s amazing how people get worked up about things that aren’t real.

It's a bit annoying that people want every piece of media to be a black-and-white morality tale that makes its analysis plain and emphatic. I know you don't want to give the internet nazis any footholds, but they literally turned the OK sign and pepe frog into white supremacy, so you're fighting a losing battle as far as depriving them of symbols. But they could at least wait until the season is over to do that. These shows aren't episodic. They're basically like 1/3rd of the way through "Inglorious Basterds" and going "Well, sure it's clear Hans Landa is evil, but he's just so charming and smart that I think all the idiots watching this movie right now are going to be on his side."

I'm only on Episode 2 but last night my gf asked me what happened because she fell asleep before I watched it and during my recap I realized this show is all over the place. It had an A, B, C, and D plot and almost an E plot. So far I'm not LOVING this season as much as I did the first but I'll stick it out.
