That concert was amazing, saw them when they were in Houston. Not sure if they followed the same format as everywhere else, but ending with Pachuca Sunrise was loving beautiful. And I'm definitely of the opinion that Omni grows on you in time, and I honestly think Fooled by the Night is one of the best songs they've ever done.

Air Julio posted:I really like the album on first listen. They just have an enjoyable sound that just makes me feel good. Lies and Eyes, Toska, and Heaven is a Ghost Town are early favorites. Just now listening to Cold Company and really digging this, too. Not their best work, but certainly not bad at all. Like I said, their overall sound is enjoyable, even if I don't love certain tracks. Can't wait to have an actual copy of this and listen over good speakers. I'm enjoying the hell out of it, on a third listen now. Definitely an improvement over Omni which was really hit or miss. I think they should have opened the album with Lies and Eyes rather than Steel and Blood though, that's just me though.

Hell even something like Toska or Lies and Eyes would have been better to promote, kind of reminds me of when they did a video for My Time where I had the same kind of response. "Really? You're picking that song? Over the others?"  (Omni isn't great, but I always felt the latter half has some good poo poo on it)
