In all seriousness, for a lot of other countries that might consider a “new” F-15, mega gas bags plus ordnance is more attractive than sick-nasty turn radii. A tanker fleet is expensive, and you can’t always count on a benefactor with tankers if you want to protect your skies and/or bomb the locals/neighbors you don’t like.
