This is probably just me being an idiot but make sure all of your servers are set to the correct days of retention in Sabnzbd if you are not finishing downloads often. I had left Astraweb and my other back up server at 1,000 days so they were excluded from a lot of the older things I downloaded. I changed them to the correct timeframe and just finished a bunch of would not completes.
