Well, the employees themselves are nice, sure. I think he's just saying the company itself doesn't treat customers well. As someone who worked there some years ago I'd agree. There are and/or were a lot of confusing or dumb rules. I don't think anyone at corporate has any idea what they're doing. I do know that giving out free rentals wouldn't fly so yeah I do think you had a unique experience as far as that goes.
