I don't know about the new album as I haven't listened to it enough but Japandroids on the Celebration Rock tour back in 2013 at the High Top in Memphis before it closed was one of the greatest small venue shows of my life. Blew the doors of the place

I'm tempted to try and see him in Nashville this fall after going to see him both times he was in Tennessee for the ILYHB tour. Sad to hear Magic Mountain was tedious live, it's my favorite song on the album just about so far but I can see how it could get tiring listening to it live. Does he do the full version of Leaving LA live?

And stay for the rendition of Crazy Town's Butterfly and Enter the Sandman for the encore

Anyone seen Alex Cameron live? He's coming to Nashville in November but it's on a Wednesday.......I've seen people say he's good live but I want to make sure it's "drive 2 hours immediately after work for a 9PM show then immediately drive 2 hours back home for work the next day at 8 AM"-kind of good.
