 Just your particular luck with the RNG, in my 155 deaths and 55 mom kills I've NEVER had the habit and any other recharge item at the same time. Just one or the other.

 It really hinges on your damage output. If you have extremely fast, low damage shots then you're going to lose because of how long it's going to take to kill him with constant counter tears from him.
