Those are Forcados. The bull tends to be sedated and the horns are neutered to be completely useless. Still, i could bet 10 bucks that the forcados are the main reason why bullfighting is still popular in Portugal. It's still cruel to the animal but people simply love watching it (specially if the forcados get knocked the gently caress out). There's also midget forcados  . This has been recently banned in most parts of Portugal but as usual affectionates of the "sport" tend to cry so much that it happens at least once per year somewhere in the country.
