There are some final Jeopardy questions that stump everyone. The 10,000 was enough that if Nate got it right and James bet nothing, he was ahead and not so large that if it it was a stumper James would win just because he he had the biggest pile remaining.

It must be head spinning to have a substantial lead and then have James find a Daily Double and quickly make up the distance.

James made the right bet and it was an incredibly bright bet. The only way he could win is if Final Jeopardy was a tough question that stumped everyone and that's how he bet. He even protected himself in case Emma and he missed and the third guy got it right.

I thought Buzzy did the best. My wife hated him. She liked Aaron Rodgers but I doubt he does it because he's still playing football.

The Third Man is a great movie and if anyone hasn't seen it they should fix that now.

Matt's run was fun and pointed the random nature of the game. Any game you watch could be the start of a historic run.

That was neatly weird. It shows the work they needed to do in clue writing. The contestants bounced around the board even then, at one point it faked out the camera man. I loved the booming voice out of nowhere telling that there's one minute left.

In so many of these games the third place contestant is way behind two good players. You just hope they have the brains to bet nothing in case it's a triple stumper and they can steal second place if the second place person bets everything. It's nice to see someone actually do that.
