People are wandering the streets and cleaning up after last night as though nothing weird is going down at all. For them it isn't, really.  The store seems pretty normal in the daylight. There are some customers here - most of them surprisingly normal, including parents and businessmen on their breaks - and they pay you no mind. Mizuki is putting up posters for some new Transeldritch anime, and nods at you as you enter. Sully is, mercifully, nowhere to be seen. As for the man behind the counter...  "Hey, friends! Maximina maximina stares hard at the cat-eared boy. Then she quietly examines the merchandise on the far wall. locating a selection of expensive custome-made Airsoft guns in embossed glass cases, she pries the frontspiece off one display labeled "THE JACKAL: 13 mm Auto Anti-Freak Combat Pistol." She pulls out the large gun, checks the chamber, locates some ammo, and loads it with the inhuman speed born of practice and monster-eating. Then she spins, pointing the toy gun directly at the YBF. Madoka Madoka Madoka Madoka is a new, up-and-coming musician! She hasn't really released much besides an EP yet, but apparently her electronic dance tunes are good enough that 170 hired her to perform on Friday nights. From what Sharon has heard she's a little quiet and reserved and probably exactly the sort of person who already owns a ton of manga. Sharon could probably arrange a meeting to find out if they need to keep an eye on her. Passion: Dubstep!

Friday February 10 2119, 12:50PM UAE 170, Arcology Tower East Aspects: A Fashionable Place To Be; A Narcotics Ring? Slander! The sun is only just starting to creep into the 170 club's enormous picture window. Watching the rare fish in the east wall's oceanarium swim through the darkened waters is actually pretty cool, but this place doesn't really pick up until people's work shifts start ending and the people who are here are mostly interested in listening to electronic music and 170 occupies the entire 170th and 171st floors. Between the giant window and the oceanarium lies a sprawl of lounges, tables and booths, with a column of bars, kitchens and DJ booths rising out of the middle like an axis. And somewhere in this mess is... Madoka Madoka. Probably. Alright, you're here! If Mina is contacting Kaiya she'll be here soon; otherwise you have time to look for Captain Dubstep, maybe case the place or drop maneuvers or whatever.

Sun Yue Yue looks around. "This place is awesome. I'll see if I can turn up Madoka. See you guys in a bit!" Yue stops for a moment to get some tea, of all things, then wanders off. No, it doesn't look like she wanders off while she's actually looking around. And no, she's not loving off when she should be working either. She lets her mind drift off, and lets the music fill in the space. It's s state like meditation, letting the self go and allowing the winds of chance to buffet her where she's needed. In this case, there's a sound track to go along with it. Electronica is perfect for this sort of thing - well, usually. Dubstep can really screw it up if the bass drops at the wrong time. In any case, Yue is there and not-there for a while, trusting that when she comes out the other side of a harmonic trip she'll be where she needs to be. Using the Winds of Chance aspect for my Zen Direction stunt. Hopefully when I wash up on the shores of chance it will be next to our target. Or something else useful.

Sun Yue Sun Yue soon finds herself standing by one of the couches near the oceanarium. Right in front of her is some girl in a hoodie. Sun Yue is standing behind the couch and a little off to the side so she can't see much, but Hoodie is clutching a thick Trigger Warning manga anthology and glancing furtively between it and the door, like she's looking for someone. A couple seconds after Sun Yue turns up Hoodie turns the page, freezes, and spins around to face her.  Madoka Madoka "..." "... Ah, hey."

Madoka Madoka "Yeah..." Madoka flips the anthology around so you can see! It's open to two pages right now - the latest is blank, the other one has a sweet manga page on it. The page depicts an AR tag appearing over Madoka's head, Sharon stalking into the club with the others, Arthur saying "Headed over there now. Any sign of Harajuku? We may need to start corroborating their stories," and a shy girl in a hoodie saying "... So you're real, huh?". The blank page is drawing itself. First a couple panels of Arthur chuckling and saying "Let me guess, you've seen characters in that manga you're holding that look like us, huh? Did you see anybody in there that looked like you?", then one of Madoka dramatically flipping over the anthology over, and you guys making whatever expressions you made when you looked... "I knew you were coming. Ah..." Madoka flips back a few pages and shows you a page of Your Biggest Fan talking about her. In the last panel he says "I hope she's having fun with that one, haha!" and winks directly at the reader. "What's going on? Is this Soul Network thing real? ... Am I in trouble?" Madoka possesses the Triggernomicon, a manga which shows her everything that happened to her or other Trigger Warning characters provided it was at least a few seconds ago.

"Whoever's doing these has a lot of power, talent and...and a very, very odd idea of what to use it for. I wonder if we could use the artifacts to trace them...though with that much power, I don't know if I could get anything out of it except a bright light."
