The really deviant behavior and the sex crimes stuff has been getting worse and worse, and I can no longer tell if its still supposed to be tongue in cheek. The DX brigade went from "Hates popular guys, are otaku losers" to 'sexually harass Sylvia hardcore, trying to break into rooms to steal underware/get explicit photos, expect to gangbang their friends sister when she shows up, creepy little sister stuff, and openly accept a pedophile like its no big deal." It seems like we're building up to a Wolfen Guy moment, where something so completely over the line occurs it ruins the series forever.

The most grating thing to me is how apparently literally their entire lives depend on this year/session of school. Generic boring girl dumps him, time skip to where he's spent 10 years obsessing over her, and is a fat shut in NEET who blew his sister's college fund on some investment scheme. This somehow completely ignores the fact that there were at least 2 other futures with women he married. Guy from the weirdos club becomes obsessed with the teacher, professes his love to her, gets rejected and decides to abandon his family and live as a monk. When it started the hyperbolic reactions were funny at first because they'd get knocked down to reality pretty quick, but now its infecting every aspect of the series. For me the turning point from entertaining to poo poo was when the DX brigade convinced the guy with the hot sister to steal her underwear, then when she showed up to meet them in the park they thought she came to have sex with them and starting planning how all of them would bang her. Between the increasingly creepy sexual harassment by the glasses guy, the literal pedophile, and the leader wanting to destroy the main character's happiness for daring to be with a girl its just turned into a complete pile of poo poo.

There was the really weird pedophile-friend side plot that carried on for way too long; that was probably the indication that the author passed the original series plot outline and had no idea how to continue.

Wow, after 30+ chapters of the most banal boring poo poo suddenly the author wants to now make it really interesting. This turning into some kind of temporal-war battle manga is probably not going to happen, but one can only hope.

Wow, this manga suddenly got actually interesting. Aoshima finally meets someone with his powers who calls him out on his selfish "Wagatsuma must love me!" bullshit and verbally smacks him down with a "She has a life beyond you, would you take that away for what you want?" Clearly Aoshima is refusing to listen and will hopefully embarrassing and humiliate himself yelling at Wagatsuma that she'll die if she follows her dreams and she should marry him.

Aaaaand he does. This other time-slipper is like the reactions this entire thread has taken towards Aoshima being a moron personified, even allowing him to humiliate himself over and over again in order to prove a point. The lesson seems to be "You were so obsessed with her being your future wife you never bothered to live in the present and now that future is gone forever".
