Anyways, I've only been at my current job for 3 and a half months. It was pretty dreadful and the pay was poo poo for the skillset- so I found another one. They didn't seem to have any issues with how briefly I had been working here.

I feel like it's the same situation as you find with apartment reviews. People only post them when they're pissed, or asked to, so they're inherently broken.
