I too prefer companies which hide and outright lie about the defects in their vehicles. Much better if they were to take a page from Toyota.

I mean, it's not fair to expect him to have any practical experience with them, but pulling the pin doesn't arm the grenade, it just removes the safety so you can squeeze the handle, and I'm pretty sure you can put the pin back in just fine if you haven't messed with the handle. You can hold the handle down indefinitely without blowing up, the bomb only arms when you RELEASE the handle and a spring pushes it back up, which lights the fuse, and THAT'S when you need to get it the hell away from you.
