I suppose I haven't paid enough attention to really know the character, but why wouldn't he? Like is it any less logical that The Fiend wants to win than Taker or Kane or whoever? I guess sometimes there's someone controlling them but sometimes they're just big silly wizards and monsters who want to be IC champ for some reason. Which is not to defend him. I just don't see the difference.
