All Lupe and Kendrick really said about Iggy is that they don't hate the fact she exists and should be allowed to make her music. Like Iggy is complete trash, but I'm not going to put the responsibility of white privilege on her. If she wants to make her lovely but Grammy winning music go right ahead. It's not her fault we are where we are at. She's just a byproduct of how screwed up the world is. Azelia Banks is right too, but she always takes it one tweet/step too far. Like her rant against Iggy was fine, but then she started to defended Bill Cosby.

Lillies, Mazinger, Haile Selassie are all pretty great and way closer to F&L, and The Cool quality stuff. Even SLR 2/SLR 3 while nowhere near as good as the first one are decent. Piece of Paper Cup of Jesus, was also pretty good. I'm really interested to see what happens once Tetsuo and Youth Drops and he is released from Atlantic. As that removes a bunch of his excuses. The Eminiem song was just more disappointing rather than bad. Em and Kendrick could have utterly destroyed a track and make a Renegade like classic. But they waste it on that.

I like about 4 songs off it, particularly Body of Work. The lyricism is a little too dense and comes off as an influenced by GKMC. It sounds acoustic friendly. Lupe can be serious or sarcastic and I like him when he is being a little silly. No shots or anything, but what makes it seem inspired by GKMC? I've been seeing other's say it, but I just don't hear it.
