Crusader Kings 2 is good for hangovers, since you can just set speed to minimum and then close your eyes for a few minutes without anything going horrifically wrong.

Desktop Dungeons is pretty good for hangovers since it's chill, you can just click on stuff at your own pace and it's not a pain in the arse if you die.
