Remember when Abyss turned down a contract with the WWE and a feud leading into Wrestlemania with the Undertaker in favour of TNA?

We have a Kane thread somewhere, a thread for Abyss would just be every post in that thread only fatter.

They've still got 2 or 3 tapings in NYC left. Never say never. We could still see World Champ Dixie now that we know they have nothing left to lose.

It was actually named after a weapon from Walking Dead iirc.

That doesn't make it not retarded.

No, it was named after her mom. And the branding iron was named "Bob" (after Dixie's dad).

Because all fucking hell is going to break loose

I know it's been mentioned before but that electrified cage match was loving terrible. I was there live and it was the only thing I had ever seen from TNA at the time. I went to college near the arena where Lockdown was held and a friend got free tickets so we went. I've never heard a crowd poo poo on something like that in person before. It was hilarious.

Of all the uncomfortable things on those first weekly PPV's, nothing is sadder than the increasingly-defeated look on the faces of the cage dancers as the shows wear on.

Russo's defense posted:

I felt bad for Homicide. That cage was basically impossible to climb and he was already tired from the match.

Hahaha, holy poo poo. I haven't heard this one. This is even funnier than freezing $1,000,000 thinking that WWE would actually have DX show up to a TNA PPV for a match with VKM.

EDIT: Lotta acronyms in that post.
