Been working out in a fairly regular manner. I am slowly becoming a slightly hunk of a man instead of a disgusting piece of blob. Also some old news from my home quote:Coast Guard Pilot To Plead Guilty In The Rape Of The Wife Of A Fellow Officer Those rascally airdales! Also the spanish news websites go into a little bit more detail on what he did to that poor woman that night.

The advancement message for December isn't even out, as far as I know. I could be wrong, maybe they changed the day since I got out. Its the november 2013 one, they cut all the way down to #56 and I am #57 on that list. I was something like #16 (after cutting all the people that advanced) on the may 2014 list.
