I believe we’re now in the territory of ASIC heat being more efficient than traditional electric heating elements from a cost/btu standpoint. Play this out for a few years and we see the cloud moving to our baseboard heaters. If you pay for your heat in NY – it probably pays to buy some ASICs. The value of bitcoin will go up or down, the hashrate similarly, but so does oil / gas. Right now it makes sense to heat with ASICs.

rotor 4 best mod ebola is good for bitcoin because quote:The only way I see it potentially affecting it is indirectly by people being scarred to catch Ebola so they stay at home and do not go out shopping which would cause an economic downturn which would cause less bitcoin related transactions to take place quote:We can start a "Seans Outpost" like charity for Ebola victims-fueled by Bitcoin~ quote:if ebola does expand beyond US hospitals. then no one will want to touch other peoples bank notes, nor would people want to touch the buttons of keypads at cashier desks/ATM's quote:This could really convince people to use BTC, especially if the Ebola scare keeps getting bigger. I'm hoping Ebola goes away and BTC finds other ways to spread. quote:Maybe bitcoin will infect a lot of people just like Ebola did, but in a better way.

Attorneys have to take a dozen or so hours of coursework per year to maintain their license. It's typically done with online courses that you mute while doing other things. So I'm looking around for courses to take... when all of a sudden: A 2 hour course about bitcoins, taught by some guy named Marco Santori. I wonder what he looks like... Of course. quote:Marco is a recognized authority in the law of digital currencies. He counsels exchanges, payment processors, institutional miners, and other companies making new and exciting uses of distributed ledger technology. As Chairman of the Bitcoin Foundation’s Regulatory Affairs Committee, his knowledge of the latest industry trends develops in near-real-time. He advises his clients on regulatory matters, including the compliance with and avoidance of money services and securities regulations. Marco is fluent in the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Patriot Act’s application to digital currency businesses, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulation. Marco works closely with his clients to structure their business plans to comply with these regulations, and whenever possible avoid them entirely. This loving guy.
