If there is someone that has the copyright to this...thing it's probably some holding company that doesn't even know it has it. I doubt there's much risk in distributing it, but if you're asking if it's strictly legal, nothing to do with copyright really is anymore.

Pretty sure likeness licencing doesn't really work like that, that's for merchandise and poo poo like that I think. Their likeness is cleared for the "film" obviously, and if there's no copyright holder then it should be sunshine and rainbows.

I ain't no big city lawyer though.
