Yeah, the sound design is fantastic! Metal scrapings, howls and fleshy, gooey... sloshes, it's all so uncomfortably weird and obviously way better than screechy violins and animal roars or whatever a lot of games do. And the soundtrack is fantastic, much more melodic than in the first game but still really depressive and dissonant  sooo goood(also, wooo, a Void Burger let's play, you're awesome!)
