My cousin and I actually thought the opposite. He was actually understandable, whereas most of the time when non speakers try to speak Chinese it is impossible for me to understand. I don't think Madame Gao's actress is a native mandarin speaker. She came off as of Hong Kong origin from her speech patterns. Episode 11 Wesley's death is utter bullshit and I can't handle Karen Page. It made no sense whatsoever for a person of his stature in that situation to be that careless.
