Could GBS do something nice for the people in nepal?

I think it would be good to do something nice for nepal since there are a lot of goons but I don't have any good ideas. Do you?

Here are some charity links in the meanwhile. I don't know if these are any good, but they're better than nothing maybe?

In a couple of days you can go here and find out who has promised what...and who has actually delivered. Nepal earthquake funding not up yet.

Mercy Corps (http://www.mercycorps.org/) is another good organization, they've done a lot of disaster work. 83% of contributions go to their relief work.

Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ from Nepal!

Nepali Christian Ministries is a non-denominational and non profitable Christian ministry. We have been reaching people and touching the lives with the life changing of our Lord, Jesus Christ in Nepal and our prayer is to reach Asian part of the world with the life changing gospel of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

http://nepalichristianministries.org/about

Christian Reformed World Missions (CRWM) is involved in Nepal through a few venues. Arbin and Bimala Pokharel are Nepalis with a long-time connection with the Christian Reformed Church and have requested help from CRWM with their ministries. Arbin is a church planter and currently serves as principal of EPTS. Bimala has started various micro-enterprises in Kathmandu.

http://www2.crcna.org/pages/crwm_glance_nepal.cfm

Are all good places to start, as Earthquakes are a sign of the end times brought on by increased apostasy from the teachings of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I believe that donating to Evangelical Causes to bring Bibles and Christianity to the unsaved in Nepal would be the ebst defense against further quakes.

As for myself, I will also be collecting donations tomorrow, and I will offer prayers for the injured.

I donated to red cross but I can't afford much because of questionable life and lifestyle choices i hate myself so they only get a meager beer allowance

for real though I'm imagining Red Cross isn't going to be one of those things where you donate to a "charity" and it goes into the fuel tank of a private jet on its way to a gay-extermination committee meeting but I don't even know anymore
