The idea that this was a 'friendly fire' incident doesn't really hold any water IMO. The fact that every image without exception got taken down, leads me to believe that it was a deliberate attack. There were plenty of really obscure images taken down that were posted years ago that weren't originally posted in this thread. I say originally because after the news broke, some then started posting more links here to images to try and get them taken down by proxy. I could be wrong on this one, but I really don't think so.

Squadron 42....I am not sure. That's Roberts' baby and even with Rome burning I think he might try to release it in some fashion. Hell, he might just make into a loving audio book. People will see his 'genius' no matter what. Unless he is just that incompetent and he's screaming at people to rework something while the development gulag is on fire. So I'm still torn on that.

Beyond that, I've noticed that the connection between the throttle and stick often becomes unplugged, I remember this happening at the frontier dev booth at GDC and it confused the devs no end until I showed them the problem.
