There was no Chiptune megathread yet and I needed one.

To start off with a topic. I'm looking for a new tracker to use. Suggestions?

You can also post links to add to the op. Thanks.

Oh we could also have a "goons making Chiptune" list.

Just post a link to wherever you host your stuff. Here's me: https://soundcloud.com/pizzamakesmusic

Sunvox is a pretty neat multiplatform tracker in the spirit of Buzz designed with low-spec machines in mind (runs on PalmOS :getin:). Not strictly chip music, but if trackers are your thing give it a whirl!

Otherwise my chiptune days are long past, but I've got a C64 with a mssiah cartridge just to keep that dirty deep pulse wave sound around.

Big fan of chiptunes and chip music in general. I've dabbled in it myself every now and then. Mostly using Famitracker and occasionally Milkytracker.

I think my favorite thing about chip music is the limited sound palette. I really have to focus myself on the compositional strength rather than sound design. It's pretty fun and challenging.

Here are a few of my tracks from a year or two ago:

http://www.delek.com.ar/deflemask Definitely worth checking out, especially once the latest mini-update is fully live(I mean, it is out in the forum there for folks to test at the last minutes and whatnot as they please) that greatly changes/improves the UI and whatnot---probably the best and boldest growing variety of capabilities in terms of the old consoles/lately arcade boards even and handhelds in terms of tracker doings specifically.

Cowabunga!
For those not cool enough for trackers, are chip VSTs for making pseudo chiptunes accepted 'round these parts? If so, here's some links.
If not, commence the tar and feathering.

They're totally fine. Though, I'm yet to be in need of one that wasn't listed on Woolyss.
