coffee. it's good. i think i'll have some right now i like pour over and the automated tap makes it pretty easy  probably a little late in the day for cold brew  not sure why you'd add kombucha though... classic espresso. thick, solid, tight.  mmm perfect

komboucha on tap eh. if you make your own and it's good that poo poo is like printing money. adding caffeine to komboucha is fine and dandy but i wouldn't brew komboucha coffee (strange flavor combo also effervescent coffee is weird). however my experiments with brewing komboucha beer were good coffee is great but it triggers my gastro issues, as you can tell by my posting

i actually got a traditional turkish coffee thing for christmas. it's fun to use and i have to put the lid of a can underneath cuz it's too small for the grille on my stove.

i use one of these  and i 3d printed out a shaft stabilization part and put it in there so it gets a more consistent coarse grind for my ikea french press

I like that it takes up v little counter space. i like that with my aeropress i can stumble out of bed, turn on the kettle, go to the bathroom, stumble back into the kitchen, and have a decent cup of coffee in well under five minutes. trying to make espresso before waking up tends to result in something that isn't very drinkable, and a pourover or drip takes way longer

a yosposter recommended not using a french press if you have stomach problems and i found them to be very correct deffo use something with a paper filter if you value your stomach and drink too much coffee
