woke up with a bad headache yesterday and went to bed early in hopes it'd go away. woke up a few times in the night and it was no better. realized i hadn't had coffee friday or saturday. brewed a strong cup and threw some cold water in to get it down immediately and felt 90% better 10 minutes later. wtf ive never had caffeine withdrawal before
