Yeah sadly I was not custom grinding but I have prepared the vessel and it is now in the refrigerator awaiting the justice of the morning* (11:20 AM or so)

I figure I will pour it into my usual previous method which is a pour over with a #4 filter if the French Pressin' doesn't mostly handle the grounds

i really do recommend dumping through a classic metal screen strainer first if you have one lying around. just make sure you do it over a bowl and not the sink because you�re working on spaghetti memory

I'm not sure I do, will the French press be an adequate substitute or will I risk missing precious coffee

Poured out the cold brew, french press got most of the glop so the filter stage might not have been necessary.

are you sure it's not reflux? I had this weird pseudo-heart-palps from reflux but it was pretty much just 'my food pipe was sufficiently tenderized that the heartbeat caused slight pain signals' and it has been resolved for the most part

tis the season and while i don't hold with flavored coffee in most cases, i have sometimes enjoyed sprinkling some cinnamon on top of a pour over for a "festive touch" before doing the pour

I generally do my cold brewing in a french press metal vessel and then pour through a filter to get the poo poo out
