just ordered a hand grinder and a v60 pourover thing. i loved getting a mug of drip yirgacheffe in grad school, hoping i can get some of that magic back. eventually i want to roast my own coffee since i won't be drinking enough to make buying roasted beans economically feasible. just like a single cup on the weekends would be good, but that would be 1 or 2 oz a week. gotta find a good setup for micro batch roasting.

drinking coffee from a mug that i made. i think my first few cups had too much caffeine, but i've been able to get good cups with like 10g of beans. i really don't understand how people have multiple cups of coffee. one cup and i'm
