It's from the portfolio of a local tattoo artist, and the picture's all they had. :shrug:

I figured it was a dragon with "tribal" designs as wings, which would be unfortunate enough on its own.

Some people just plain don't have an eye for art, either. It's easy to tell people "look for XYZ in a portfolio when picking your tattoo artist", but another thing entirely for them to be able to actually tell what XYZ is.
