Congratulations on release day guys. If I lived a bit closer to Champaign I'd buy you all celebratory beers. Instead, you'll just have to pretend.

I bought this on October 20th 2015 (and wish I'd bought it sooner!) and I see the update (164MB), I'll let it download and if it doesn't show the soundtrack (despite my account page saying it should) I'll post in here again.

Can't wait to krump some Nobre-heads :v:

Bought.

Recently my mp3 player is full of game soundtracks. All that Synthwave stuff from games like Hotline Miami or Kung Fury is just too great. And the Brigador soundtrack is fantastic.

Perturbator's Miami Disco from Hotline Miami is my jam.

Really enjoying the campaign but gently caress "the void repeats" forever

Seeing a little crimson spurt from beneath a mech's foot as you stomp down on a civ would be amusing.

Yes, yes it is.

I'm sorry your cool and awesome game is still failing to receive the attention its lovingly-crafted, beautiful carnage and interesting setting deserve. It's bloody criminal that the gaming press haven't given you guys more exposure.

I had a dream that the pilot portrait during a mission was animated and acted dynamically depending on what happened like the prat cam of carmageddon. :allears:

Quoting this because I had the same thought. Seeing your Brigador bounce around in his cockpit giggling with glee as you stomp over innocent civilians glaring yellow targets of opportunity would be rad.

Also reiterating the "oh god yes" from my tweet to @gausswerks about the art book, I would definitely go for a financially irresponsible backer tier if it meant I could get painted as a bloodshot-eyed viking helmet wearing speed freak Brigador.

How queer. I just noticed that the list of achievements is saying there are 79 (the shown row of 11 +69) now, when earlier it was showing 82 (the shown row of 11 +72).

Refamiliarising myself with the game and taking my sweet time on the first missions as Clotilde. I'm definitely liking the way the tutorials are presented now, as a deliberate milkrun style assignment for the voyeuristic SNC higher-ups who are all Clotilde fanboys wanting to see her murderise her way through a bourgie neighbourhood.

For the record in addition to all the quality of life patches I'm working on an overall balance pass on the vehicles to bring them into a more clear focus and skill delineation. The goal is to have low, mid, and high multiplier/difficulty/skill vehicles for every vehicle class, so that if you want an OP Light mech or tank or agrav Ultra you'll get it, but there should also be ones for the flyboys as well. We'll see how it goes.

Absolute makes agravs hilariously fun but relative is important for tanks and walkers for the proper feel. Also, 100% or :getout:

Heartily disagreed! For accessibility purposes, mostly: I would not have been able to process properly and learn this game without being able to slow it down. I would have been forced to quit playing it in frustration, because trying to aim and move and think tactically was impossible for me, originally.

Now I know the controls and can clear a zone in my sleep on low enough difficulties, but back then? For a newbie? I needed it slow.

Tank controls are the best ones tho, I agree there. They just feel right. (but I can't knock having more options so more people play this good game)

Fair enough, and I was mostly just being facetious, if slowing it down helped you get to grips then that's great, and I think it's cool that the option is there specifically for that reason. I got this when it first came up in early access so I had to git gud.

By the way, if anyone is looking to expand their soundtrack to the game, I would really recommend some mid/late 70s Tangerine Dream. Loads of sequencer-laden sonicscapes with tons of (now retro, I guess) synths, mellotrons, moogs, etc. The atmosphere in these pieces fits the game perfectly, imho.

edit: You could call the mode "Priority Liquidation", "[REDACTED]'s Warcrime Adventure", or "The Solo Nobre Concern Presents: A Firesale - Everything Must Go"
