skills: several summers of roofing, concrete, and framing experience. proficient with most tools, but truly hit my rhythm after 3 cool domestic beers. I also have access to a Bobcat Tractor and will totally let you all drive.

hey boss I started laying down the frame and it's going pretty well but some guy keeps coming up making these really weird grunts and throwing my power tools over the neighbor's fence

I can make tiny scale models of houses. I'll hire local ants to help me build it. I can even put BYOB stickers or decals on them. I know it's a bit late since its past the planning stage and into the building stage, but maybe I can make a tiny model of the BYOB house to place inside the bigger house
