I love pasta dishes because carb overload is kinda "my thing," but risotto and ossobuco and frittatas and eggplant parmigians and saltimbocca and stuff is pretty good too so yeah Italian food is pretty good. Then again, so is most food if cooked right and not from a recipe recently thought up by a moron.
