No one can figure out which one it is, especially because you can only raise free throws by doing practice I know that there a permanent ones from doing various drills in practice, but I wasn't closely involved enough with MyCareer to know whether they are the ones people are doing. I can ask tomorrow.

Squad restrictions were replaced with better matchmaking to try to get you matched against an equal opponent
