Sisko pulls some hardcore gangster poo poo too. Like how he basically tries to fool another sovreign empire into allying for war under false pretenses, an action which ultimately leads to some very severe consequences that he willfully sweeps under the rug. Like, Sisko has some moments where he really toes the line, and I love that. He crushes an insurgency with biological warfare.
