I went to see a chimp rehab center in South Africa a while back and they told us about how one of the chimps had been kept by a super wealthy Dubai family who'd found it hilarious to shave her and dress her up in baby clothes and just generally treat her like a human baby. For ten loving years. poo poo was sad as hell.
