One group had a small bag of coke stored in the back of their room’s TV. It was then racked up using, appropriately, a Medicare card to split the white powder and then hoovered down by young women, clutching at their nostrils. https://www.buzzfeed.com/markdistefano/what-a-time-to-be-malcolm?utm_term=.rfdDN6Ky0#.cj4B0lODa

Former One Nation senator Rod Culleton has written a letter to the president of the Senate, asking him to recall Parliament “as a matter of urgency” to overturn his bankruptcy ruling. Dumbass In the letter, dated January 4, 2017, Culleton asked Senate president Stephen Parry to “invoke Standing Order 58 (b) and (c ) as a matter of urgency” and recall Parliament, to allow the Senate to decide “as a priority” whether the ruling is valid. Culleton wants the Senate to be allowed to vote on overruling the Federal Court, which declared him bankrupt in December as the result of legal action taken by former Wesfarmers director Dick Lester, who is seeking $280,000 from Culleton. Sorry Culleton, that's not an Admiralty Parliament so they can't overturn the High Court. You need to write to the skipper of a Japanese whaler to invoke their freedom from international whale law that refracts back to the UN then through to Australia top-down to overrule on your bankruptcy. Did I do that right?

Just make politicians subject to exactly the same allowances and reimbursements as any other Commonwealth employee. Also the same auditing and fraud control. (I realise this will never happen because the Born To Rule will never lower themselves to semi peasant status)

Assange is still Australian so https://twitter.com/wikileaks/status/817322050297745408 Lets laugh at how wikileaks are now anti leak.

I feel like if it was at all possible, WikiLeaks should have distanced itself from Assange by now. He's probably going a bit insane locked up like that for so long.

Wikileaks can't play the middle man, they're in too deep and made too many enemies. There are many people not just in US politics but elsewhere who'd like to see them go away and I'm expecting some concerted efforts in that direction this year.

They pretty much got done when a group that leaked them clean files of tremendous bribery showed that wikileaks had edited them to remove references to Russia. It proved that the pristine leak argument is bullshit.

Pretty much nobody but anti-establishment conservatives likes Wikileaks anymore. Assange is too anti-semetic, supported loving gamergate of all things, alienated center-left journos by being a tool and he is a rapist. Plus the recent dumps have included details of dissidents and targets of discrimination across the world instead of war crimes and poo poo.

Believe nothing you hear and only half you see Also realise there are like a hundred state actors on all sides before any "information" reaches you on the topic. You're never going to get a definitive answer so focus on the important things like coffee machines and impulse buying investment properties during your lunch break.

Andrew O'Hagan described his dealings with Assange while attempting to ghostwrite Assange's autobiography and his paranoid egotism and the slow stripping of support from others was already on display well before the US election. He's just batshit crazy now. He probably thinks he's puppetmastering Russia. The only people who will deal with him under the Wikileaks banner are pretty much either yesmen or equally deranged.
