Just got to the bit where Carol's dad proposes to Carol's mom. Man what? I thought she was joking before, or some kind of space brained math was happening, or we'd go full Nichijou and she's at least a robot or something. But no it's just  All the parents in this have been hilarious so far and then it got weird out of nowhere. I hope the anime just throws that out the window.
