Why isn't there a movie about the killer ghost of Michael Keaton?

It was called Multiplicity.

This doesn't have anything to do with Rifftrax, but Disney's ExtraTERRORestrial was legitimately terrifying and amazing, and it's really sad that it's gone forever.

It's strange that, in a world where all media and entertainment is infinitely reproducible forever, theme park rides end up being one of the only points of real loss in pop culture.

And he's legit the best actor in it apart from Old Toulon in the preface.

The best part of Retro Puppet Master is reading in the Disaster Artist that the reason Greg Sestero got the part for the movie was because he, having a native French mother and speaking French as a second language, was able to "nail Toulon's accent" and blow away the casting team. And then you go and see the movie and hear the actual accent Greg is putting on and you can only wonder: "Holy gently caress-balls, what must the other actors who auditioned for the part have sounded like?"

This isn't technically Rifftrax related, but Mike Nelson and Rifftrax writer Connor Lastowka have restarted their bad book review podcast 372 Pages We'll Never Get Back.

This time they're doing Eye of Argon. They also have a patreon. If you haven't given a listen to their series of podcasts on Ready player One, I recommend it.

Fun in Balloon-land is up for free on Amazon prime, in case 1) you haven't yet seen it yet and 2) you always secretly wanted to spend sixty six minutes screaming wide-eyed and unceasingly into the naked, uncaring void at the heart of the world.

How many Rifftrax/MST3K/etc movies fall into this category?

I definitely remember watching Parts: the Clonus Horror and Overdrawn at the Memory Bank pre-MST3K, and basically enjoying them. They're competently acted, and just a few script rewrites away from being good movies.
