I call to the stand Charles Nilon (#1), who can vouch that my client is as pious as they come. His Godliness is a sign that there is not a guilty bone in his body, and this can be said for both denominations. Reduce Pro and Cat by -2.

Please note that the card has an obligatory +1 to evidence of guilt. Do you want to reconsider.

Oh. No i don't want that. With 3 AP, can i put sways on 2 or three different tracks. I know it will give me three on the jurors.
|
# ? May 6, 2017 22:45 |
|
Using AP you can do a max of 2 sway on a single juror. You can sway a single aspect once or put +2 ap to the same aspect for an additional sway.
|
# ? May 6, 2017 23:32 |
|
Didn't realise the 2 sway limit on jurors, I think we hosed up a previous card then.
|
# ? May 7, 2017 06:05 |

I believe what you're thinking of came from an attorney. If you use an attorney for their action points the limit applies but their event to super sway jurors isn't limited. All the events break the normal rules.

So what's the play Fat Turkey for this turn?
|
# ? May 7, 2017 14:08 |

So just to check, my previous card placing 4 was fine because placing 4 was an event on the card. If i tried to do it with the 4 AP, i could only do the max of 2, right? Checking my cards and will make the play.

I'm going to use the same card to reduce the Farmer by one, and remove a sway tokens from Juror 5 and 9. My witness is very contrary and just disagrees with everything that came before hand. Apparently Farmers love this.

The Metis are a wise and noble people, but it probably wasn't a wise and noble idea to put all of them on the witness stand at once. The platforms had to be reinforced, and swearing in took two days. But come the end of testimony, all who watched and listened felt the cultural divisions of nationality melt away, and jurors could only feel that whatever their own language, Louis Riel was a good man. -2 to English, -3 for French.

If facts are what you demand your honour, i call George Kerr to the stand. His Testimony provides a moment of insight to the Defence, he watched as Louis Riel spoke with the Crows and the Clouds while in the throws of rebellion. Not only is his innocence ever more clearer, but he clearly has the common touch, persuading them to tend to the fields of the new country. +1 insight Defence, -2 for Farmers.

The Prosecution is so cerebrally limited, he is unaware that Man is Innocent until Proven Guilty, and the Prosecution still doesn't have a lick of evidence of guilt against my client. I'm sure if he had his way, we would all be in the gallows facing His Judgement on the basis of gossip and rumour. But not in this legal system! I cross examined Prosecution witness General Fred Middleton on the stand. It's rare to see the talent of man not only capable of talking the hind legs off a donkey, but the front two and the tail also. The Generals fanciful stories of battles of yore left the jury quite confused as to how it related to the matters at hand. In the end they saw that, much like the Generals speech, the Prosecutions claims are wildly inaccurate, slanderous and exceedingly sexually explicit. One sway on Juror 3 to lock, one sway on Juror 2, move the Protestant -1.
