Yeah, same as the guy who ended up playing Bob. He was accidentally caught on camera, and Lynch ended up casting him as "the evil that men do". It's amazing how these little accidents slowly turn into the most important aspects of the show.

During rehearshal Linda asked me if my name wasn't Trevor what would it be? I casually said oh probably Denver (my younger brother who passed in 2007.) I had no idea she was going to include it in the scene.

During one take she said my real name Trevor accidentally after already saying Denver in the previous take. The script supervisor came over and said David really liked the name Trevor but then Linda said oh no we are saying Denver in memoriam of Trevor's brother he lost years ago. The supervisor said awe...I'll go ask David, but I'm sure it will be fine. She came back and said Denver it is. 🙂

The Roadhouse scene between Tina's daughter and ? (I forget if she's been on before) feels incredibly foreboding and menacing, like an interrogation almost. I can't help but think of Audrey (season 1 & 2 super-confident and getting into everything Audrey) when I watch it, though that might just be because it's the flipside of the story we saw Charlie getting a couple episodes back.
