I HATE ALL FORMS OF FUN AND ENTERTAINMENT. I HATE BEAUTY. I AM GOLDJAS.

Ok, here's my character I've made to start playing with on Sunday, I'm willing to change any and all of this, but it's what I've got so far initially:

Boring starting stats with nothing spent here:
With no experience or money beyond starting xp/money spent my character so far is: Disciplined Hutt, Medical Soldier, stat spreed: 4 1 3 2 3 2. Skills choosen: Brawl, Athletics, Medicine, warfare, resilience, xenology. Starting gear is brass knuckles, heavy clothing, medpack, 3 stimpacks. Derived stats are wound 17, strain 14, 0 0 defenses, 6 soak. Haven't started down any of the skill trees yet.

Name: Argin Riss

Quick Backstory: Argin started out as a member of a Hutt family that specialized in getting lots of money via medicine. Selling actual medicine, supplies, etc. Since Hutts are generally not particularly ethical, even with medicine, the Riss family got surprisingly rich doing this(under the table drugs on a galaxy wide scale). Argin was in a large family of many, so he was just part of the medicine trade, often the more shady parts of it. Since he was often very directly involved, he picked up skills both in how to use the medicine, and got in more then several gang fights.

This was many years ago as Hutts are quite long lived. At some point, the galaxy started going to hell and Argin decided he had enough of the Hutt life on some random medicinally controlled Hutt Planet and decided to join in the Clone Wars. He learned the ways of the soldier during the wars, and his fighting and medicinal skills made him useful as a field medic.

After the clone wars, with the galaxy going to hell and the empire taking control, Argin used what little money and such he had left over to Live the quiet life in a random planet away from it all, treating the wounds of bird people in some bird people city. They feared him at first, being a Hutt, but they kept going poisoned by Bear-Sloths so they kept him around due to his useful medical skills.

Duty: Personnel 5:
I choose personel because Argin Riss ultimately wants to save people, particularly with medicine. The countless deaths the empire have caused is why he is against them in the first place. He is not exactly a pacifist, but will save lives unless he has absolutely no other choice, always.

Motivations: Belief: Peace 5
As long as the empire is in charge, there will be no end to the people Argin has to heal with his medical skills. If they are stopped, then medicine will obviously still be needed, but at least things will be much better.

It looks like I have about 605 xp to spend, I'll edit this post later for any changes we decide to make to this story, and how I spent the xp, and any other character info I missed.

Edit: Here's my character with a bunch of points spent, I haven't spent all 605 yet, but I think I spent enough to be able to play with the party on equal footing?

As two guards were trying to shake some money out of an old lady, Zep swooped in and offered just slightly more than the amount they wanted for a piece of junk- an old diecast Delta-7 Aethersprite model. He couldn't intervene immediately, but he stored this away in the back of his head. There was some seriously shady poo poo going down in birbtown.

Not only that, but Soulja Warde's friend may have been lost to the Dark Side. Zep made a promise to the holocron gatekeeper that he would do everything in his power to turn him back to the light, if he had indeed fallen.

Markov didn't listen to reason. But he did ask for mercy. He did show there was some spark of light left somewhere when he handed the crystal over.

It was never easy to make a decision about things involving the Force, both Zep and Alis could provide insight, but too often they failed to see the bigger picture of the Alliance.

Was it too much of a risk to let Markov live? Possible. But many of those in the Alliance were seeking redemption. Depriving Markov a chance for his felt wrong.

A few hours posing as an Inquisitor's apprentice was about all that Zep could take. And having Stormtroopers providing backup didn't make him feel any easier. Still, he assuaged his guilty conscience by giving that one neimoidian woman enough money for several decent meals so he didn't feel too bad about Mind Tricking her into giving them information. Now if they can just find the next part of the holocron they can be on their way. He's starting to get a bad feeling about things.

I HATE ALL FORMS OF FUN AND ENTERTAINMENT. I HATE BEAUTY. I AM GOLDJAS.

Been a bit lazy about this, sorry. Here's my updated character sheet with all the points spent so far (well, except 10, but nothing I want costs just 10) and the armor and weapon that were given to me.

Note: For whatever reason, when I tried to make the crafted weapon with the character creator, it gave a nice big error, so I put it in my weapons Notes instead.

So now these White Scars were entering the picture. Cato Neimoidia was rapidly becoming the rock and the hard place, where every faction in play was one the Alliance opposed. So far, with careful manuevering, the White Scars weren't aware of who they were, and even had given some information away.

But from the looks of it, it just got messier from here, as each faction tried to squeeze the rebel cell for help.

Zep huffed as he barreled through the mostly-abandoned building. By the time he reached the droidekas Hrakk and he had demolished he was red-faced and puffing. "Kriff kriff kriff kriff." He muttered to himself, closing his eyes and focusing his center. The ruined husk of the first destroyer droid lifted up and was flung out the window. A second later, the second one followed suit. Having gotten rid of the evidence, Zep opened his eyes and sprinted back to where the others were.

Several floors below, Alis had just reached a peaceful accord with the neimoidian criminal known as the Taskmaster. From the corner of the young spy's eye she could spot a plummeting droid through the window behind the Taskmaster. She had enough time to process that when a second one followed the first.

Zep finally got to throw something he'd killed out of a window.
