So I drove like halfway across the country today.

I listened to Trevor Noah's book about his life in South Africa. It was amazing. You should all read it, or better still, listen to him narrate the audio book. It had me literally crying in parts.

You're forgetting the comedy response that's only possible under Trump/Tillerson:

The US says "sort this out among yourselves. Then the US immediately says the airbase stays operating exactly as it is and dares Qatar to do anything about it. Granted you can't practically supply without local markets, but Qatar would blink first.

e; airbase is not naval

I've read there have been white supremacy organizations purposefully infiltrating law enforcement positions as well. I'm kinda torn if that's a vast conspiracy with a stated goal being worked toward or just that personality wanting to do what it enjoys.

If you change 'purposefully infiltrating' to something covering the fractional Ben diagram overlap between white supremists, people who wanna be John Wayne and shoot someone but aren't racist, and the type of people who aspire to be law enforcement you'll go from dumb conspiracy theory to statistical correlation to the American police force

To give you better figures:

Ossoff raised $24M locally for his campaign.

Handel raised $3.5M

Democratic National PACs spent $7.5M on ads for Ossoff, and GOP spent $18M

So Handel couldn't raise money locally and the GOP tapped the war chest to match Ossoffs personal campaign spending to barely beat a democrat in a +20 Red district

Outside money is entirely different from local campaign funds for those unfamiliar with the legalities of American politics, there are a lot of strings attached to money donated to a candidates campaign directly (Ossoffs $24M in this case). There are boundaries on where it can come from and what it can be spent on. Outside money can do what it wants
