I hopped in a cab last week and it had an AliPay option. It also took 15 seconds to generate that QR code because they never upgraded the terminals from WinCE.

I was at a K-Mart in some small bumfuck town in southern Louisiana last year and the price scanner was using a seriously ancient version of WinCE- like the late 90’s poo poo where it still had a start menu and looked exactly like Win95

disable the prompt asking you to join WiFi. only join known networks at home and work and friends house. pretty soon you’ll always be on WiFi where it isn’t garbage and never have to deal with it again

there should be a dedicated hardware button for the camera. been wanting this since the 4. p. shameful there's any kind of lag going from locked phone to camera via the swipe shortcut. also makes me fuckin lol when I see people entering pins and manually launching camera.app. like
