I saw Ryan Satin at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”

I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

The classic. :allears:

I think the reason WWE's bullshit doesn't really bug me is mainly I've used up all my burning hatred on how the Pirates have been wasted over the years because of Bob Nutting's cheapness.

On a different tangent, it looks like Steve Austin has recently done a rewatch/commentary on IYH: Canadian Stampede, which if nothing else has reminded me to rewatch that amazing main event and see the crowd just going absolutely apeshit for the Hart Foundation :hellyeah:

:hellyeah: this is my all time favourite match for the same reason :canada:

I was hoping for a live play by play commentary though, way to get my hopes up.

Why is Bryan Alvarez starting to sound like he knows more than Meltzer recently about most things. wtf is happening. I just listened to a few of their more recent shows over the last few days and Meltzer just kind of curtails to Bryan on a bunch of subjects when his weird opinions are shot down

JR had a good interview with Batista that was rather needlessly split across 2 weeks, but on the second he also did about 40 minutes with Jerry Lawler and it's probably the best show he's ever done. It feel completely spontaneous and natural and the two have (no surprise) great chemistry together - the bit where they talk about going to the KFC Buffet is really cool, plus he confirms what we all knew about Vince McMahon feeding Michael Cole the "anal bleeding" line.
