My sister was in town this past week visiting my parents, so for her last dinner at home I burg'd for the fam. My burg consisted of Sir Kensington Special Sauce, pickle chips, iceberg lettuce, caramelized red onion, more sauce. Once I picked it up, I didn't put it down. Messy burg. Here's a terrible photo

I rarely get jalapeños on pizza but they’re perfect on a Hawaiian. Hit me with those pepperoncinis on everything else pizza (and burg) related though.

My favorite topping lately is chiles toreados, blackened jalapenos marinated in 50/50 soy sauce/lime juice. They're great on anything but they're amazing on burgers.

The only thing I would change is swap the pickles with some spicy pickles or make some proper cuke and onion salad and top with that instead.
