The Rakshasa was the IS trying their best to imitate the Timber Wolf with probably not a lot of success, but given how good the omni is that probably would be the outcome anyway. Actually, after having another look at it, it's not nearly as bad as I remember. It's basically a Marauder with LRM10s and lasers instead of PPCs.
