It's entirely possible that functionality just isn't available for spring training games. As mentioned they're also in the process of upgrading to a new player for the 2018 season which is hopefully less poo poo than the previous one, so they may not have baked that functionality in yet.

Is anyone else’s feed just total garbage? The commercial breaks have been perfect HD but the second it switches to a live feed I get a cubist interpretation of baseball.

Indians feed seems alright so long as I keep it in the split screen mode. I’ve never been to any ST games in Arizona, but that stadium seems way nicer than the one in West Palm.
