The Nick Knacks on Star Trek: TAS was really good and it's unfortunate that the animation was bad because I think Star Trek is a franchise that would benefits from being released of its live-action shackles. I'm keeping a close eye on that new Star Trek animated series, it could be something special.

Husk is the kind of guy that squeezes 'loving' into every sentence whereas Charlie only rarely swears and when she does it's either emphasized inconfidently or really understated.

I didn't love the musical numbers but wasn't bored by them either, but during Inside Every Demon Is A Rainbow the song goes up too many octaves that the singer couldn't follow so they had to digitally alter her voice in the final product. Now that Hazbin is out, the next pilot I'm keeping an eye out for is Long Gone Gulch. Do not even ask posted:Jesus Christ, that first track sounds like something straight out of the Death Crimson soundtrack. Absolute rubbish. My god is the production non-existent on that track. I kind of want to listen to that album just because I haven't heard a bad album like that in awhile.

The latest Maggie Mae Fish video on Saving Christmas was her best yet. Her analysis is sharp especially when questions whether or not Kirk Cameron believes anything at all. Oftentimes those very fundamentalist Christians come off as nihilists. I like towards the end where Maggie ties what matters most in one's life with memories of her own grandmother. It was very special and heartfelt. Then she has a Jesus Christ Superstar moment and the video got too intense so I had to shut it off.

For a video that could have been some obnoxious armchair director/fanfiction tripe, it's a lot of fun! Playing a script doctor for movies he appreciates and knows could be better is a surprisingly entertaining concept for one of his videos.
